These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") 321 Neo These terms apply to your use of the platform. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are considered to have accepted these terms. Please read this page carefully in full before registering.

1General Terms & Definitions

In this agreement, "321 Neo", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the company operating 321 Neo. "User", "you", and "member" refer to any individual registered on the platform.

321 Neo operates under a licence issued by the Curacao eGaming Authority. Licence number: 8048/JAZ. These Terms form a binding agreement with each member.

1.1 Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the 321 Neo website, mobile app, and any related services. Any new services added to the platform will also be governed by these Terms.

1.2 Age Restriction

321 Neo is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Minors are prohibited from creating or using an account. Providing false information during age verification will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2Account Registration & Verification

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.1 Information Required at Registration

• Full name (as per National ID)
• Date of birth (for 18+ verification)
• Valid mobile number (a Mobile Pay/Nagad number is preferred)
• Email address (must be active)
• Residential address

2.2 KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for withdrawals or transactions above a certain limit. This requires a clear photo of your National ID or passport, and in some cases a bank statement or utility bill.

If verification is not completed or the information provided is found to be false 321 Neo reserves the right to suspend or close the account.

3Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

321 Neo supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's leading mobile banking services — Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.

3.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200
• Deposits are generally credited to your balance instantly
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used
• Third-party payments are not accepted
• Betting with a credit card or borrowed funds is prohibited

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳200
• Funds deposited via a specific payment method must be withdrawn using the same method
• Withdrawals to Mobile Pay/Nagad are typically processed within 5–30 minutes
• Daily withdrawal limit: ৳5,00,000 (separate policy applies for VIP members)
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is incomplete

4Bonuses & Promotional Offers

321 Neo offers a range of bonuses — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and more. Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on the offers page.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A bonus of up to 100% is available on your first deposit, with a maximum bonus amount of ৳10,000. A promo code may be required to claim this offer — see the Promotions page for details.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a set number of times before withdrawal. Sports bonuses typically carry a 5x–10x wagering requirement; casino bonuses require 25x–35x. Bets placed below the specified minimum odds do not count toward wagering.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts on the same IP, or operating multiple accounts from the same household device, will be considered bonus abuse. In such cases, 321 Neo reserves the right to cancel bonuses and close accounts.

5Betting Rules

321 Neo accepts all types of bets subject to market availability. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

5.1 Bet Acceptance Rules

• Bets are accepted only before a match or event begins (or at designated times for live betting)
• If a bet is not confirmed before the odds change, it will be accepted at the updated odds
• Bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be declared void
• Maximum bet limits vary by sport and market

5.2 Cash Out

Cash out is available on selected bets. The cash out amount is based on real-time odds and may be higher or lower than the original stake. Once a cash out is confirmed, it cannot be reversed.

5.3 Match Cancellations

If an event or match is cancelled or postponed, the stake placed on that event will be refunded to your balance. For parlay bets, the cancelled leg will be calculated at odds of 1.00.

6Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 321 Neo. Any violation will result in immediate account suspension:

• Multiple Account Management (Multi-Accounting)
• Match fixing or manipulation of results
• Automated betting using software or bots
• Exploiting bonuses systematically for unfair advantage (Arbing)
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Harassment or abuse of other members

7Data Protection & Privacy

321 Neo takes the protection of your personal data seriously. All data transfers are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption, and information stored on our servers is protected by industry-standard security measures.

8Responsible Gaming

321 Neo believes betting should be a form of entertainment, not a burden. That's why we provide the following responsible gaming tools:

• Break Feature: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period

9Account Suspension & Closure

You may request account closure at any time. If there is no reason for your remaining balance to be forfeited, please withdraw it before submitting a closure request.

321 Neo also reserves the right to suspend or close an account on its own initiative — if there is evidence of a terms violation, a security risk is identified, or issues arise during KYC verification. In such cases, users have 30 days to submit an appeal.

10Dispute Resolution

For any disputes, please email support@321neo.bet or raise a complaint via live chat. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to the Curacao Gaming Control Board for mediation. Curacao law applies to all disputes.

11Amendments & Enforceability

321 Neo reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email and a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
